In the first stage, we cut the fabric using precision machinery. This enables our workers to perform the job efficiently and accurately. Fabric cutting is one of the important phases of manufacturing.

This is the stage when your logo is added to the garment. We understand that branding means everything for a clothing brand, So we complete this process with high standards of detailing.

This is what we are good at. We have latest Japanese stitching machines such as 3 needles flat lock machine, over lock machines, single needle singer machines and 8 needle belt machines. We have highly skilled labor that performs quality stitching on consistent basis. In this phase, your garments are stitched together and then sent to finishing department for threading.

Once garments are stitched together, we thoroughly inspect the garment which includes cutting excess threads, making sure no garment is dirty during the process & all the stitches are intact etc. Once inspection is completed, garments are ironed with steam press and then packed into individual clear plastic bags. We do offer custom packaging as well.
